We are seeking an HR Manager to build and run the people function across Farazm Holdings: recruitment, onboarding, contracts and GOSI/Qiwa compliance, policies, performance cycles, and culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience, 2+ in a managerial role
- Working knowledge of Saudi labor law, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad
- Proven recruitment track record
- Bilingual Arabic/English preferred
